I pack tea bags/ cup of soup/ flavor mix like Crystal lite to add to water and small tubs of peanut butter. Every where has bread or crackers so with these basics if I don’t feel like leaving my room I can have a simple meal. Most rooms have a kettle so easy to do the soup and tea!
