Thanks for the tip Peter. I’ve never heard of it but it might be worth asking the doctor about next time I go. I’m off to Bali tomorrow as it happens and don’t have time for this trip though!

Hi Megan, all of our family have travelled in Thailand and Bali heaps. Years ago our doctor advised us to take Dukorrol, an oral vaccine originally developed for cholera but people who took it noticed they never caught travel diarrhea. Nine trips later we have never been sick once. Highly recommend. Enjoy your blogs, regards, Peter

Hi Tia, yes I took a roller cabin bag and a medium size rolling suitcase. I’m more rolling luggage than backpack! And no I left things in my hotel. We stayed in 4* hotels and everything was fine.

Did you leave your stuff at your hotel or did you keep it with you on your day adventures? Thank you, I will be going to Vietnam at the end of May for two weeks so any advice or thoughts is appreciated! -Tia

Oh yes, I love my All Birds. I feel like if I wore mine for walking all day my toe would come through the top though. They could really do with a little piece of leather to reinforce the wool! But great advice re the drying time and easy orthotic use.
